Bharata Natyam

Bharata Natyam is a classical dance-theater form originating in southern India. Across the centuries it has evolved and been passed down from generations of dancers and musicians.
This dance is characterized by technique that is dynamic, rhythmic and vigorous, but also wonderfully delicate, and expressive.

Bharata Natyam is identified as one of the most complete existing forms of dance theater given its way of integrating music-dance-drama. This dance form is taught since the beginning through listening and finding a rhythmic and melodic dialogue with music, and then continuing with a theatrical and interpretive study of poetic and classical texts.

Bharata Natyam lessons are open to everyone and for all levels.
